RATES & POLICIES
- Sunday through Thursday - $100 per night, double occupancy.
- Friday, Saturdays, and Holidays - $125 per night, double occupancy.
- Full course farm breakfast included.
- State of Ohio sales tax included in rates.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Extra person charge - $25 per night
- Private small party brunches and dinners can be arranged. Menu and rates available upon request.
- Smoking restricted to assigned outdoor area.
- Room deposit equal to one night stay or 50% of visit, whichever is greater, must be received seven (7) days prior to arrival date.
- Special Rates available for long-term stays.
- 14 day notice of cancellation required for refund. If room(s) cannot be re-booked, deposit is applied to a second booking within one year. A $35 re-booking fee applies. Non-refundable deposit during holidays and special events only.
- Accepted methods of payment: Cash, Personal Check, Mastercard, Visa.
